With the holidays fast approaching I thought I'd talk a little about bookings and cancellations.

Let's start with bookings...

Here at Blume we want to accomodate each of you and make sure you feel beautiful for parties and seeing your families during all of the festivities.

We are getting booked up fast through November and December, because of that, there are fewer and fewer opportunities to move your appointments around and get you in. That also means we are running a tight ship and cannot afford to run behind when clients are late.

Now...let's talk cancellations...

We understand life happens and sometimes you have to cancel your appointments on occasion, but when you cancel at the last minute you are taking away time that another client could have booked. We will always do our best to work with you, but we will be following our Scheduling & Cancellation Policy beginning November 1st:

We appreciate your business. So that we can best serve all our clients, please be advised of our scheduling policies.

PLEASE NOTE: At Blume we love children, but due to insurance and liability requirements Children may only accompany you in the salon if they have a scheduled appointment.

ARRIVAL TIME & LATE ARRIVALS

Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will be charged the full cost of the services you booked.

If your service is cancelled due to your late arrival, you will be charged the cancellation fee for the services you booked (See Cancellation Fee schedule below).

CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT

24 hours notice is required when canceling or changing your appointment (except in cases of contagious illness or family emergency as defined below).

We know life happens, but repeat offenders (defined as more than two Scheduling Policy violations) will be charged a cancellation/change fee and require a nonrefundable credit card deposit for half the cost of future service bookings. Please see cancellation/change fee schedule below:

Cancellation/Change Fee for Hair Services $50
Cancellation/Change Fee for Waxing Services $20
Cancellation/Change Fee for Lash Extension Services $50
Cancellation/Change Fee for Lash Lift Services $30
Cancellation/Change Fee for Microblading Services $150

SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or time frame required in this case, for your safety and that of other clients.
